  I've been going to Fit4Life now for 2.5 years. This gym is amazing as is Kevin Hensel and all of the trainers. Since starting this gym I'm down almost 75lbs. The classes are great for all levels from those who are physically fit and looking for a good workout to those starting on their fitness journey. Along with a good workout Kevin provides great nutritional coaching and motivating challenges to keep everyone engaged. Don't walk but run to Fit4Life!!

  Beyond love this gym! If you've never had a personal trainer or are looking to find one that will get you the results you want, this is most definitely the place to come to. I was and still am recovering from my car accidents and have a hereditary heart condition. I have had great results since I've started within less than 2 months I've lost 10lbs and 14 inches and now 2.5 months I've lost 20lbs and am finally lighter than my husband! All the coaches here are super knowledgable and beasts themselves! Definitely a great friendly, motivating, and positive place to be. Best investment I have ever made in my life.

  Using Fit-4-Life Personal trainer has been one of the best decisions I've made with regard to my health. I had decided in late 2012 I wanted to do the Broad Street run, which is a 10 mile race. Up until then, I could run about 2 miles, slowly, without stopping. I was flabbier and although a healthy eater, it just was not working at the age of 51. So, I hired Kevin Hensel's personal training company, Fit-4-Life in January 2013. On May 5, I ran the 10-mile race. I could have never done this without them.
  
  I have been assigned a regular trainer there who is fantastic, but on occasion, I've had others when mine was unavailable. Every trainer I've had has been as motivating and fitness-smart as the other. It is a comfortable place, nonjudgmental, and they care about your success. They have nutrition plans, boot camps, hiking outings, indoor rock climbing outings, and a variety of things to spice up your routine.
  
  I've lost a total of 20 pounds, am able to run long distances, and they are now helping me to train for my first half marathon. Like I said, probably the best health decision I've made in my life.

  I went to Kevin of Fit4Life discouraged with prior training and nutrition advice. To my delight I found Kevin and Rob to be the most encouragement I'd had in years. I've only been going there a few weeks but have lost about 8 lbs and am feeling more and more fit every day. I'm 53 years old and I thought I'd never be able to have the stamina to continue through each training session, but they've been extremely cognizant of my limitations and yet won't let me wimp out!. I'm very glad I've made the decision to follow the Fit4Life guidelines and I feel much better for it all around.

  I was a couch potato for the most part constantly gaining weight year after year. I started Fit 4 Life almost 3 months ago initially with their boot camp package and was amazed at the expertise of their staff. I came in for an initial consultation after seeing the fabulous results of a coworker. Their was no pressure sales pitch that I have experienced in the past with others. Kevin and his staff made me very comfortable and also educated me on how important my nutrition was to maintaining my weight loss. After gaining strength and confidence from the boot camp, I have taken advantage of their personal training package and although I took a 2 week hiatus for vacation, I'm down 14 lbs so far and continuing to lose. I'm so happy with my results and the personalized service to helping me reach my goal. I have had the pleasure of working with Rob for my personal training and he's excellent! I would recommend Fit 4 Life to anyone!
