  I have been playing PIckleball here for couple years in the Bubble. Great experience. Good facilities with very nice staff at the desk and they have an awesome person running the PB

  The Cherry Hill Health & Racquet Club has many well-maintained tennis courts and offers adult tennis drills / clinics at several different times per skill level (except for beginners – there is just one on Wednesday evenings).
  
  Since it is hard to make it to the beginning adult tennis drills on Wednesday evenings for those who work late, it would be nice if it was offered on at least one other time (maybe during the weekends) – I wanted to get a sense of where my skill level is at currently since it’s been a while since I’ve played tennis regularly.
  
  Speaking of which, the receptionist on the phone (who answered after so many times of trying to call) said that I could talk to Rick and schedule a time for an assessment to see if I would be better off starting in the beginning level or the intermediate, so he kindly transferred me to Rick’s line. Since Rick didn’t answer, I left a voicemail; however, he has yet to call me back – I have been waiting for a long month.
  
  Based on my experience, other reviews about the customer service here make sense – it is not the best here. I don’t remember her name, but the one who gave me the tour and provided information about the tennis membership here seems to be the only one who provides good customer service.
  
  I’d love to get back into playing tennis again, but it seems like I may have to switch clubs.

  I love this place! I've visited other gyms but I always find myself back at Cherry Hill Health and Racquet Club because of the friendly people and awesome atmosphere.

  Started with Parisi Speed School in 2012 (located in the back of the building). Started going to the gym in 2020. Have lost 32 lbs.
  
  It is clean, and I like that there is a lot of room - you’re not crammed on top of other people that much. Small turf area, karate bags, lots of machines, sauna, new café that is really good, etc.
  
  The parking lot desperately needs to be repaved and seal-coated and lines painted!! It is so bad
  
  The gym is clean and reasonably priced compared to other gyms. I started looking at other gyms but decided to stay here.

  I went there on a guest pass. It is a huge building with a variety of classes and equipment. I liked the fact there were many people working out who are in my age group, plus everyone was friendly. A big plus it was culturally diverse, so I didn't feel uncomfortable because of my age or race. I plan on visiting two more times before I make a final decision about joining. The membership price was very reasonable too.
