  If you want to better your life in more ways than just fitness, I can’t recommend CrossFit Turbocharged enough. It’s not just a gym, it’s like a family. Only 6 months in and I’m a better human because of it. You’ll never regret joining!

  I cannot say enough good things about CrossFit Turbocharged. CFTC has the coaching staff, programming, and equipment to help anyone reach their fitness goals, whether that’s competing in athletic tournaments, losing weight, gaining muscle, improving at CrossFit in general, etc. Additionally, CFTC has a very welcoming and friendly environment, and I’ve found myself bonding with the staff and other athletes like family! Lastly, if you’re unsure about joining a CrossFit gym, CFTC has a 1 week free membership that will help introduce you to this training method.

  I was working out of town looking for a box to drop into after work. I decided to check out Crossfit Turbocharged. If you are looking for a gym that has all of the needed equipment to complete a WOD, you are at the right place. The coaches are professional, and the atmosphere is great.
  As somebody who is getting reintroduced to crossfit, working on the road away from my home box is tough to navigate.
  Crossfit Turbocharged took me in like I was family, and was more than happy to show me how to do movements properly and with care. John was my coach for the evening and he was as kind as can be. He was very explanative on the movements and took careful time to watch me to make sure i was doing it right.
  Shoot them an email or a DM on social media, fill out their waiver, let them know you'll be there, and enjoy your workout.

  CrossFit is for us all who are interested in improving our overall health and fitness level. 3 months in and I have lost 14 pounds and my diastolic has come down 5 points! They are a great community of athletes, the coaches are very professional and make sure that you are using good technique. As a nurse I am confident in their skills and felt safe working out during the pandemic. Looking forward to more positive results :)
