  The sign of a great business is how they handle problems and difficult situations. And we had our share of issues. But b/w Brandon who trouble shot the installation and Nick the owner, they didn’t give up until we had it working great like the vid below. Nick actually stayed on site for over 3 hours and wouldn’t leave until it was right. Great service and greatly appreciated!

  We bought a gas insert and we are very satisfied! Nick and his team were professional, accommodating and did a nice job!

  Nick is amazing! We installed a gas fireplace a couple years ago and for some crazy reason it wouldn’t turn on last weekend. We called Nick on a Sunday and he walked us through how to fix it without a service call. He is always available and stands by his by install and service. If 10 stars were available he’d get get all 10!!

  Had an insert installed. Nick and crew are top notch, professional and courteous. Pricing was fair and the service was excellent. Nick is a great guy to work with and all expectations were met. I couldn't be happier.

I called a fireplace store in my local area and set up an appointment to have them check my unit. The person came in, looked at the unit, in 2 seconds, he said the unit was all rusted out and nothing could be done.
