  It seems apropos that I was following a fire truck when I happened upon Fire & Flavor BBQ. This Portuguese restaurant has a a nice menu. Being a fan of empanadas, I was excited to see some as I entered the door. I tried the beef and pork, which were delicious. Seeing that they have a signature dish, I tried that as well. The Fire & Flavor rice had a nice zing with diced sausage, and chopped broccoli rabe which enhanced the flavor and texture. Their menu ranges from light fare to dinners, so whether you want a snack or a meal they have you covered.

  I was hesitant at first only because of an experience at a DIFFERENT Portuguese restaurant in the surrounding area , HOWEVER I am pleased to say I was very much satisfied. At last a place that knows what well done means and isn’t afraid to season the food. The lady at the counter was super nice and super helpful! I enjoyed my meal and if I’m being honest the single portion could have been shared with another person. I don’t live in this area but I work in the area and would definitely eat here again! It was the skin on the chicken for me 💕💕

  I really love the food and desserts that are served in this restaurant. They have some amazing ribs and chicken wings. The flavor is always consistent and delicious. Some of the things I say could you was improving are the food pairings. They have a family special which includes ribs. Chicken. rice and french fries. Maybe if they offered a vegetable or some other it would make this dish a lot less heavy. You can get Portuguese desserts like the custard cups as well as Portuguese bread that is always fresh. Personally I'm not a fan of the Portuguese sausage.

  Great place amazing food!!! Small cozy bbq restaurant with an enormous grill. Definitely the best bbq spot in town.

  I placed my order over the phone and originally heard of this restaurant from the podcast of the Cane and Corey show. I spoke with and met Wilson, who is as just as friendly as a guest and sponsor of the show. The restaurant is located on Central Avenue in a strip mall, in case you have a hard time finding the place.
  
  I ordered the Chicken with Garlic Sauce Dinner and an extra side order of Steamed Vegetables. Everything was absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations! The chicken was very juicy and not over-salted like other places I tried. All of the food was generous in portion! It was definitely worth the visit and I look forward to returning in the near future!!
