  The tita and other workers running the store are friendly and make great food. If I was ever in the area again, I would definitely be coming back!
  The halo-halo was great even if it was different from a traditional halo-halo mix.

  First time having Filipino food and oh man I’m glad I chose this restaurant. Just like the name suggest, their menu is plain and simple but that didn’t take away anything from how delicious the food was. I had the adobo pork, even tho I usually hate eating the fatty part of pork belly, the pork adobo was so good I ate the whole thing. Will definitely be returning. Just be aware, the restaurant is small and seats about 4 people, perfect place to come with one other person to dine in.

  The 5 star reviews for this place did not lie. Some of the best Filipino food I've had. Extremely fresh, food is clearly made to order. Amazingly nice staff, a gentlemen named Jeff was particularly accommodating.
  
  I highly recommend this place. The pork Adobo and crispy heavenly pork were fantastic. The rice helps cut through the meat, which was stellar. Halo halo is topped with a generous amount of ube and ice cream, absolutely top tier. Pancit was well balanced and delicious.
  
  I will 100% be coming back in the future!!

  It’s truly plain and simpol with exceptional taste. The foods are delicious and just a right amount for the price. I like the Caesar salad on the side with fried egg on top. The halo-halo is the best, what exactly I am looking for authenticity. I am sure the rest of other menu’s are all delicious and freshly made. I would definitely recommend this place. Call or order before pick ups. This is the best Filipino food in central NJ. Keep up the good work and “Mabuhay”.

  My first time trying Filipino food , came here with a co worker . Hat off to the cook , the food was really good ! This experience was amazing ! I will definitely try it again. Food was well seasoned , taste great , nice portion for the price. Halo-Halo was the highlight , just wow 🤩
