Fine Fettle Dispensary - Newington

I'd like to see them with an ALL MEDICAL as they have an ALL ADULT USE store, with the anxiety and other disorders it would be great to have a place JUST FOR MEDICAL, once adult use came into play medical took a hit.
They should keep medical staff the same so they can get to know the patients and there needs.
The selection they have is good but should have more over 30% as many of the better ones are higher(no pun intended) percentage. Also they could help by lowering the price there are many on disability or elderly.
That being said it's a decent place to go

I love this dispensary! It has a good range of products in stock, a clean location, employees that are super knowledgeable/helpful & a very reasonably priced medical card selection. They definitely value their customers and I’ll keep coming back as long as I can

This is my favorite local dispensary. The premises are clean and well-lit and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. The first time I came in sunglasses and a scarf, as I have intractable migraines, but hadn’t yet gotten my medical card approved. The staff up front helped look up my information and sent me the forms so I could pre-order as soon as I was approved - they seemed to truly care that I not have to pay taxes on the recreational side. I didn’t like the idea of talking to a pharmacist over the phone, but when I came back with my card, they had people in store who could point me to products that would be helpful for my specific concerns and needs, and were so friendly and compassionate. 10/10 would not hesitate to recommend making the drive to Fine Fettle Newington even if there is another dispensary closer to you!

I wish i changed to Fine Fettle a lot sooner. If you’ve ever been to a dispensary in Massachusetts, this one runs exactly like that. Well organized, people to direct you to the correct line, no obnoxious personalities on the recreational side acting like cannabis is the best thing ever…as a medical patient who switched from the shitshow known as Zen Leaf in Meriden to FF, i appreciate how friendly and organized this place is. I’m also really impressed with how much they have in stock for their medical patients (Zen Leaf-take note because you took away products from the medical side to add to the recreational side) and how much better the prices are. The woman who I spoke to on the phone was super helpful and friendly, i just wish the woman who assisted me today was as friendly and outgoing but no worries, everyone has an off day or doesn’t have that big of a personality. I will be back as it’s worth the drive for me to be treated friendly, respectfully, and like I matter as a medical patient. Thank you for an awesome experience.
