  First visit with DR Bassam , felt very calm and relaxed, I need a lot of work done and she took her time and the staff explained everything to me I found my new dental practice

  Had to have a big procedure done and was so apprehensive. I have a history of not getting numb during procedures. I communicated my concerns and the staff immediately put me at ease. They discussed the whole procedure with me including what to expect at each phase because it would take several visits to complete and also a full breakdown of the cost including why my insurance covered and ultimately my final out of packet expense. They were very transparent. Before any procedure started the doctor was especially attentive to my numbing issues in the past and took the time to make sure I was numb before starting any work. The procedure went better than I could have anticipated. The doctors and staff are very professional and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a dentist.

  I am writing to share how incredible the entire team is at Feiler Dental in Wanaque. Over the last couple of years my experience has been terrific. I would like to especially give recognition to Amy at the front desk. Without a doubt Amy is a very special kind, smart, funny and warm hearted person. I loved our short motivating conversations! Thank You Amy! As I move away from NJ I have been reflecting on the people and places I have gotten to know. I could not leave without recognizing the team at Feiler Dental in Wanaque. Thank You for everything!

  Extremely professional and amazing staff. I had a few cavities and a large deep cleaning job done and I'm very satisfied with the results.

  Dr. Balsam is a great dentist. Easy to talk to and discuss any concerns. The hygienist and office staff are phenomenal. I originally made my appointment at the incorrect office and they were so understanding. I wish I knew her name, but the person at the front desk is so nice and helpful.
