  Dr. Zhu and his staff are wonderful!! He is professional and knowledgeable. Dr Zhu always takes time to explain things and answer questions. He is also very kind and easygoing. I have never had to wait long for my appointment. I highly recommend this practice!

  This was my first visit to Dr. Nguyen and I was very impressed. Pam, at the front desk, greeted me and was professional and friendly. After waiting just a few minutes, I was taken
  to the exam room and met with Dr. Nguyen. She was welcoming and listened to my concerns. She went over in detail how she would address those concerns. Afterwards she listened to and answered my questions. I will be setting up a surgical procedure in the not too distant future.

  I travelled from Canada to have Dr. Nguyen perform a minimally invasive flexor tenotomy on both of my feet. I had met with 4 podiatrists before her and none were able to help me. I found Dr. Nguyen through a comment on a YouTube video of a flexor tenotomy and I could not be more grateful!
  
  My outcome is amazing, and I had no pain at all at any point during the process. I was able to walk and drive immediately after surgery with Dr. Nguyen. I didn’t even require surgical shoes, as I was able to wear my running shoes right after the procedure. Moreover, Dr. Nguyen was 100% there for me before and after the surgery. She helped me the day after surgery when my bandaging came undone due to my own fault. She met me at her office right away and fixed it for me. Dr. Nguyen also showed me how to re-bandage it in case it happened again. She is incredibly kind and genuinely cares about her patients.
  
  My positive experience with Feet N Beyond actually began well before the surgery though. When I initially reached out to the clinic via email, the office responded to me the very next day to ask if I would like to schedule a video consultation with Dr. Nguyen. I did, and she was able to consult with me very quickly. The consultation was incredibly thorough, and Dr. Nguyen answered all of my questions. She had reviewed photos and a video that I had sent in advance of the consultation, so she was fully prepared. The next step was to schedule my pre-operative appointment, the actual surgery, and my 2 post-operative appointments. Hillary, the Office Manager, was so helpful. She had everything booked in no time, and she made sure that I had a requisition to get the required blood work done well before my travel date. Hillary also provided me great recommendations for hotels in the area, and she checked in with me the week before surgery to see if I was all set in terms of accommodation.
  
  Pam was wonderful too. I met her the day of my pre-operative appointment and again the day of the surgery. She was so sweet. Pam even had lunch delivered for me on the day of surgery.
  
  Dr. Zhu was present for my surgery as well, and he was a big help. He talked me through each step.
  
  Really, the entire office was wonderful to work with, and a great example of how to run a successful practice. If you need help for your feet (especially surgery), go here! If you’re considering travelling from out of town or country to see Dr. Nguyen, I promise that it will be well worth the trip!

  Dr. Nguyen is the best! I had 2 bone spurs and she got rid of them using her minimally invasive procedures. It was such a pleasure to deal with everyone in the office, not at all what I was used to dealing with an office under a larger corporation, so much better and easier! She is amazing, personable, and most of all listens to you! I would absolutely highly recommend! 5 Stars!
