  Just bought my first Subaru and had Ziad help me through the process. It was the BEST experience and Ziad was so extremely helpful and made the buying experience the best I have ever had.   My service experience with Faulkner Subaru has been superb. I took my car in for service for a violent wobble on my drivers side tire. Thought it would be tires, turns out it was an axel going bad. The technician Eric went beyond my expectations with not just installing the new axel but thoroughly checking over my vehicle and making sure my vehicle was safe for myself to drive. So thank you Faulkner Subaru for keeping my mind at ease with superior service! Will be returning in the future! :)

  This was our first and last stop looking for a new car. Mariely was our sales person and she was very nice and helpful and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. I'm very happy with my new car and the service I was given. Would definitely recommend this dealership if you're interested in buying a new car.

  If I could give more STARS I absolutely would. I am a Subaru Dealer in Massachusetts and we sold a vehicle to a customer traveling from New England to California. The new Forester had a catastrophic breakdown and the vehicle was towed to Faulkner. Immediately Justin jumped into action and contacted our dealership. We needed to exchange the customer's new vehicle which was 7 hours away with a replacement vehicle. Justin got our customers in a loaner vehicle, helped them get a hotel room that accepted pets. Upon our arrival with the exchange vehicle Justin and his team jumped into action immediately to remove the Thule carrier, exchange the crossbars, reinstall the Thule and get our customer on their way. I cannot say enough, how grateful we are to Justin and the Faulkner team. In most cases other dealerships would not have made this type of commitment and action!   This is our first Subaru, Eric Stuettgen was our salesman and 100% would go back to him again! I usually hate buying cars but Eric actually made it an enjoyable experience! If you never tried a Subaru give them a shot I was so happy I did. They took the time to answer questions, explain my new Forester’s do dads and Eric never pushed or did the hard sell. 100% recommend them!
