(November 13, 2022, 8:15 pm)Love FatFace's clothes for both Men and Women. This is a very popular store in the UK that I was surprised and happy to find in the North Fork. Their clothes are relaxed and very wearable, often made of cotton, and last for years. Think a little more grown up than American Eagle, and a little less stuffy than J. Crew.

(May 7, 2021, 1:36 pm)I really love this store and they have great deals! In particular a $70 paid of jeans on sale for $35! But what really brought me here to review, was their OUTSTANDING customer service. While shopping, I spotted those great pair of jeans and they unfortunately did not have my size. Their employee Paige, ensured I did not leave disappointed. She asked me for my shipping address and she voluntarily hunted down the jeans in my size from the Vermont store. Two weeks later, I called mentioning I didn’t receive them in the mail yet and Paige once again went out of her way to email/call to get the tracking number and from then, followed up with me every step of the way until just this morning when those jeans finally hit my doorstep! A big s/o to Paige for her positive uplifting attitude and continuous follow up!
