We worked with Faith this year to sell our house, buy a new house, and sell the lot adjacent to our new house. She was helpful in telling us what we needed to do to get our house on the market, and we ended up having a huge turnout for our open house. She got it sold within 2 weeks of putting it on the market. Finding our new house was harder since we had a lot of requests, but when we did, she worked with the seller to get it to a price we were comfortable paying. The lot next door took 2 days on the market to sell. Overall, it was a pleasure working with her.
