I decided to finally check out Eye Trade right in my hometown of Coventry.. I went in for the broader selection, which I definitely got, but what I didn't expect was to have such fabulous customer service!
Sonya is like having your own personal stylist. She encouraged me to try a variety of styles and her years of experience and confidence in the field are apparent. She did not let me settle and made sure I tried on plenty of options to truly find the perfect frames. She has an eye for what works with your face shape and gives honest feedback, so you know she's not just telling you what you want to hear.
Above all else, Sonya is a genuinely nice person and sincerely wants her customers to leave happy. She also is readily available for adjustments, lens cleaning and guarantees your satisfaction. She also knows that having the right lenses and the higher quality progression and coatings make a world of difference and will not sell you something you will later regret. I love supporting an independent business owner who deserves to thrive in her field! -

Go check out this adorable, trendy, boutique eyeglass store and I promise you will not be sorry! Reasonable prices, amazing selection that is not run of the mill cookie cutter. I love the personalized attention and the honest, thoughtful suggestions about what looks best. Quick turn around for filling the prescription and I couldn’t be happier with my new glasses! Highly recommend!

(May 27, 2021, 10:02 am)Sonya is wonderful! I usually get my frames at Lenscrafters but she had more options then them! She must have pulled out at least 30 different pairs for me to choose from while Lenscrafters only had about 6 in the shape I like! the prices are reasonable and she has budget frames as well. She carries all designers like Coach etc.. She is very friendly, offers great customer service and is just a sweet person. Save the drive and go see her at her cute shop!
