  Such a great studio that offers a wide variety with of fitness classes. Zumba, barre, kids, belly dance to name a few.
  All the instructors are amazing so I would recommend signing up for a class based on whatever time suits your schedule and just know that you’ll have a really great instructor who is going to take charge.
  The energy and the vibe are just so positive.

  I just started here 2 weeks ago, highly recommended by friends! I've never been an exercise class person, but that has changed thanks to Natalie & Molly's Zumba Gold classes - so much fun!!! Great music, uplifting energy, wonderful spirit & heart - thank you all!!!

  I just came from a fantastic Zumba Gold class this morning with Molly. And just as fantastic was Natalie's Zumba Gold class yesterday. Teaching creatively and being an inspiration to your students is its own artform. And they both have that and more. I have taken Zumba classes from many teachers over many years, but Molly and Natalie are honestly the very best Zumba teachers I've ever had. Zumba not only pivots your body, but it also pivots your brain. The music and the enthusiasm of Natalie and Molly will bring you to your own "Zumba Zone." The attendees of the classes work hard together, and are welcoming, warm, friendly, and fun.

  I love going to Zumba gold class. I have had both Molly and Natalie as instructors. Both instructors are so much fun! I love smiling right along with them during my Zumba workout. I am new to Zumba and find it easy to follow along. The music is always fun and uplifting. I feel great when I walk out the door. I highly recommend signing up to try a class if you are apprehensive about Zumba. Everyone is so kind and welcoming.

  Amazing group class today for Zumba Class. I love this group of ladies. This place is a good place to enjoy Zumba Classes come to enjoy the classes we have with all the instructors
