  Very easy to schedule both the estimate and the project. Communication was good and the work was completed on time and as promised. Our old house generated a few challenges for the project and they were all dealt with quickly. They brought in a good carpenter/painter at the end to make everything look as good as new and sent a supervisor to walk us through a couple of questions, which provided real peace of mind about the project. They had excellent customer service and follow-through to make sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. We will definitely call Express Way Cedar Shake Roofing And Siding Repair in the future.

  I was worried that Express Way Cedar Shake Roofing And Siding Repair was so busy with installations that they wouldn't have time to fix a leak in my skylight - especially since they hadn't installed it in the first place. However, they were responded quickly, got someone out within a couple of weeks and followed up with photos of the job. Nice people. Good experience all round.

  Hired Express Way Cedar Shake Roofing And Siding Repair to replace the siding on my very old house. They did an amazing job and were able to finish the job in the timeline I requested. Their pricing was fair and the quality of the work was impeccable. They guy came was awesome and walked us through the pricing and explained everything perfectly - it was first time doing a home renovation like this so was comforting to know there was someone there I could trust. Despite just coming out of the COVID emergency restrictions, Express Way Cedar Shake Roofing was very easy to work with. Pricing was very competitive compared to two other quotes. Prompt, polite, professional and minimally disruptive. Clean up was spotless. Customer service was excellent. Managed a difficult neighbor very well. They came back to take off a left over capping shingle promptly. Highly recommended!
