Evolution Grappling Academy - Fishkill

Growing up I never trained any sort of martial arts or grappling so stepping foot on the mats, especially as an out of shape woman/mom, was super intimidating! However, all the instructors AND students have been incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and truly excited to see all the students learn and excel! From kids to adults, I can’t recommend the instruction and environment enough! Our whole family (4 kids and 2 parents) are happy to call EGA and everyone there family!

Evolution Grappling Academy is excellent place to learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and meet new and interesting people. The owner Mike Palladino and his instructors are very professional and extremely proficient in teaching their extensive knowledge to new and experienced students. BJJ or any other sport can be difficult at first for a beginner, at EGA they are very patient and passionate about teaching. Even the students who have been training are always willing to help and teach proper technique to the newer students, its like a family oriented training facility.

Mike and his team have been training my kids in BJJ for many years now. They are super dedicated to the well being of all their students, and the skills they have taught my children are life skills that will stay with them. Not only is the staff available at the gym but also at the competitions. If you want to train Brazilian jiu jitsu with the best in the area then this gym is for you.
