(June 19, 2023, 4:41 pm)My friend and I just returned from our girls weekend at Evergreen Bed & Breakfast. The Inn is lovely. Brian and Jennifer are fantastic hosts. The multi-course breakfast is to die for! The inground pool was a nice added bonus (it was still a little chilly outside, but it was great to lounge around with a good book). If you love the outdoors, there are several great hiking trails within minutes from the Inn. There are also quite a few delicious restaurants close by. I'm looking forward to my next visit with my husband! :) Thank you, Brian and Jennifer! We had a great time!!

We so enjoyed every aspect of their hospitality--the breakfasts (amazing!), the accommodations, the stories of the house of the past and their current stewardship. We can't wait to return!

(October 13, 2022, 11:55 am)What a great Connecticut getaway! Our hosts Brian and Jen were super welcoming and helpful with their local recommendations - all were excellent. Barney the dog was a very handsome bellhop.
The inn itself has lots of character and is a real gem. Ask Brian about the speakeasy! The common rooms are all very cozy and pleasant. An accessibility note: the rooms are upstairs so be prepared to walk up - no elevator. Our room also had a detached bath, but it was private, close and well-appointed.
Breakfast was next-level delicious, made from local, seasonal choices. Jen knocked it out the park with her souffle.
We had such a lovely anniversary weekend and can't wait to return. Thank you, Brian and Jen! -

(August 22, 2022, 7:29 pm)Brian and Jennifer were amazing hosts. Incredible service, immaculate charm, fabulous breakfast. They exceeded every expectation. A gem in CT! Like another reviewer already said, only regret is not staying longer. We will definitely be returning.

(August 3, 2022, 11:07 am)Like visiting a bed and breakfast opened by two beings from the hospitality dimension. The amenities are flawless and the service feels more like you're visiting friends to hang out at their incredible house while they're at work. At the same time, the attention to detail is immaculate: breakfast, decor, all the way down to the guest soaps. Perfect. My only regret is that I didn't book another night.
