  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Equilibrium Body and Mind. The place is very clean and has a great ambience. Róisín is a fantastic massage therapist - friendly, knowledgeable , thorough. She helped me release long standing lower back pain . It’s truly an immeasurable investment for my self-care.

  I was so excited to find this place but it took me a while to get the reservation as the first time client it does not allow to book online, also I was unlucky when I tried to call, Roisin was on vacation. Anyways when the time came Roisin was very responsive and the massage was amazing! She used the right pressure, checking in with me, also the music was so relaxing and meditative, that I was dreaming that I am in heaven. Besides she is a wonderful person!

  I enjoyed my massage experience with Roisin immensely. She effectively communicated with me throughout the experience, asking me about my goals before starting and sharing next steps during the massage. She utilized aromatherapy to create an amazing ambiance and hot stones enhanced her skillful work. She was incredibly knowledgeable and her professionalism made me comfortable the entire time I was with her. I will be going back and I highly recommend her.

  I knew this woman was really professional before I met her. Getting an appointment was easy and she sent the release form ahead so I didn’t have to waste time later. My feelings were confirmed when I got to the office. I’ve been getting regular massages for decades and everything was done just right. Awesome smells, warm sheets, great ambiance. The massage was great. I’ve had bad pain in my legs for years and she knew just what was wrong and was able to release a pinched nerve from a muscle in my hip. To say this chick was groovy is a gross understanding!

  I loved my first experience with roisin by getting a full body massage! She made me feel comfortable and so so relaxed! I didn’t want to leave! I highly recommend and I hope it’s not my last! Thank you so much again! Your amazing at what you do!
  
  Okay, so my body was so relaxed and stretched that I was able to go in a kneel, sit down, butt to floor position, that I have never been able to do 😂 That is how good she is!!! 💁🏼‍♀️
