  Our aunt just passed 2 days ago. I want to thank Mt view staff for all your support, love,kindness..my only grief was the staff was overworked. And if we needed to get out we would have to wait for staff to let us out The nursing home should have a pass to get in or out.

  My wife was at this facility and past away there. She could not have received better care . The staff was wonderful to her and I believe she received the beat care possible. At this time all facilities in New York struggle with staffing issues , but Robinson Terrace certainly made every effort to insure my wife the care she needed. The head nurse Bernie and her staff were the best and kept our family apprized of what was happening.

  Health care is not an easy place these days and it certainly is not easy knowing a loved one is in long-term facilities, but I could write a page about how thrilled our family was with the care and service provided at Robinson Terrace. My father is no stranger to rehab but this was a different experience than ever before. My father was placed in their rehab in June of this year and headed home this week. He was bedridden prior to coming to their facility due to symptoms of his severe COPD. Today he is getting out of bed on his own, sitting up, and talking with his family. Moving independently far more than he has in an incredibly long time. Knowing that they supported him to improve the quality of his life for him and us to enjoy is something I will be eternally grateful for. They provided him with the PT/OT nursing and social work services that make any daughter feel at ease knowing their parent is being cared for in a manner that they deserve. The team listens to the families and supports the progress of the patients in supporting them to meet their individual goals and needs. They encourage the patients and make them feel as comfortable as they can. They did not rush him out the door but instead ensured that he did not leave until he was ready to do so. They provided support for discharge to make it the smoothest transition possible. They continue to be available throughout his transition home. I cannot rave enough about this establishment. I wouldn't hesitate to have my loved one there for a moment. Robinson Terrace is changing the rehabilitation game! Keep up the amazing work you all do!

  So proud to work for Robinson Terrace! I have developed the best work relationships with other colleagues who have become some of my closest friends. Nothing better than spending all my work days with great teammates!

  Words cannot express the feelings we have for Robinson Terrace Rehabilitation/Nursing Home. It was so hard bringing Mom there, but it didn’t take long to realize that she was in a great place & they were taking wonderful care of her. Her health has improved tremendously, her spirts too. We are so thankful at ease now. Thank you all.
