  I had the privilege of learning from Scott, and he is an exceptional instructor. His wealth of knowledge is matched by his patience and skill. He effortlessly tailors his teaching to suit individual strengths and areas for improvement, all while providing the right amount of challenge to push you beyond your comfort zone.   Scott’s a great guy, extremely knowledgeable and skilled in MMA. He knows exactly where to start you off and will train you very well, no matter what level you are at. I thoroughly enjoy training with him, 10/10 would recommend.

  When I was a kid I started training in Kempo Karate and did this through high school and earned my first degree black belt. Now in my 30’s I was looking to get back into something I loved and am passionate about and that’s when I came across Epoc Martial Arts. Scott is an amazing teacher, he is extremely knowledgeable on many aspects of martial arts and I feel he has done a great job of meeting me where I’m at and training me in a way that works best for me. He is great at pushing you to do your best and getting the most out of your training and while we have only met for a few sessions, I feel I have already learned so much. He’s fair on pricing and you get way beyond what you pay for. It’s obvious he is not in this for money, but because he is passionate about martial arts and teaching. I look forward to many more sessions with him!

  Have an amazing time every time I train with Scott. Scott is a world class trainer that has mastered many different types of martial arts. This gives him a unique and deep understanding of physiology and most effective styles and most appropriate moves for any given situation. His prices are so reasonable especially with the experience he has both learning and teaching martial arts. He is very friendly, patient and gifted at breaking complex things to complete beginners and to advanced fighters. I walk out having had a good workout, learning and sharpening skills , understanding the whys and what’s, had lots of fun all for a very good price

  Scott is a great instructor with a wealth of knowledge and a knack for tailoring instruction to each student. I have over 15 years experience in various martial arts styles but stepped away from it for awhile. Scott has done an excellent job of getting the rust off and building on the skills I already acquired.
