Avery stopped out to conduct our yearly maintenance on our water treatment system. He is a phenomenal employee. Not only was he training a newer employee, but he took the time to show me some things about our system that I did not know. His customer service and both guys over all work ethic were fantastic. I had Mike and Avery install a water softener and an RO system on my water system. From the very first visit I’ve been impressed with their knowledge, experience, professionalism and disposition. It’s been a long time since I’ve been impressed with any home service people. But these guys did it all just right and were just as respectful of my home as I am. Plus they were happy and likable. It wasn’t the cheapest work done but they were thorough and feel I got a good system installed that won’t have any problem. Envirosafe also offers plumbing, and HVAC repairs and service and I will be using them in the future for that work too.

EnviroSafe Plumbing Heating & Air conditioning Co serviced my water conditioner system on a Thursday prior to a holiday weekend. I was very satisfied with the professionalism of the two technicians. However on Saturday I noticed leaking from two connections on one of the tanks the technicians had apart. I called the answering service and stated it wasn’t an emergency, but I needed it repaired as it was accumulating a puddle of water by my treatment system. Still no response from the company by 10:00 Tuesday. So I called again. I was told they could not come out to repair a deficiency that they created for another 7 days. In the interim we have to live with a puddle of water in our basement causing a musty condition. Something that was caused by the company during their service should in my opinion be given a priority and repaired promptly. They caused the condition and should take responsibility to correct the problem in a reasonable time. By the time they respond it will be 11 days since they created the unwanted condition of leaking from two connections on one of the tanks.
After talking to you on the phone and from your below response, I can see you care about your customers. Thank you for your attention to theses concerns.

This is my second time using this company. I found them by luck (googling for someone that works with water softeners). Both times Gage our technician came to the house and repaired our water softener, replaced the pipe going from our well to the bladder and also fixed a leaky pipe. He was extremely kind and professional. He arrived on time both times he came to my house. Him and his helper worked non stop (Avery and Dominic), I was very comfortable having them in my house and watching them work. They took time to explain everything to me, I really felt at ease knowing the work was done correctly.

I was referred to this company by my sister who had service done at her home for the first time. I called to get a repair/replacement (plumbing:overflow panel) tub wouldn’t drain out.One thing I love about the company, they were initially more concerned to fix the less cost efficient problem to satisfy the customer and fix the problem,or replace it as requested. In less than an hour Fred/Sean replaced/fixed the initial problem(as necessary)which I had called for. While they were out I asked if they could take a look at my hot water heater that had been out for a few weeks after calling around to a few other companies and having them come out, with no resolution. These guys fixed it with in minutes!!! I highly recommend this company and their honesty,professional,efficient and accurate service. First time having this company service my home, and can assure to be a forever loyal customer!
