    John is an amazing PT. His space is bright and full of positive energy. He knows a lot about the body, and all the physical, mental and spiritual concepts that effect your health. John works with three of our family members and we leave each session feeling challenged and better than we came.

    I first started training with John in the fall of 2018. I had a right shoulder injury and within weeks of functional exercises, I had zero pain and full ROM.
