  I was in a bad car accident on my way from Southampton to NJ and needed a rental car. Geico uses Enterprise so I went to the Southampton storefront. Everyone there was exceptionally helpful. They gave me a BMW which was clean, low mileage etc. I was driving back to Southampton and got a flat tire on the LIE in a rainstorm. I found an Enterprise in Syosset and got the last vehicle available to get to Southampton Enterprise. It smelled of smoke, dirty, etc. When I went to SH Enterprise they were so helpful and gave me a great brand new small SUV and were very apologetic. My car is still not fixed over a month later and I am so happy to once again rent for another week from them. Shout out to Anthony, Jason and Austin for superb service and such kindness!

  I needed a car last minute, all of our vehicles were totaled in a flood on our street. I needed a car to take my wife into the city for a very important doctor's appointment. The Assistant Branch Manager, Brian Salerno, really saved the day by getting me a car last minute. He was super accommodating, friendly and professional. His excellent customer service has made Enterprise Southampton my "Go To" for any of my car rental needs.

  This review is for the Southhampton branch who saved the day! Long story short my car that I got from the Macarthur Airport had a service failure and would not start (see my review on their page). Even jumping it would not help. After hours of calling roadside assistance (who ended up saying we were out of their assistance radius?, Macarthur airport (who only picked up days later), and neighboring Enterprises (who had no cars for replacement) I got a hold of Drew from the Southhampton/East Hampton who got us sorted with a new contract and new car. He even made a few calls to the airport branch to have them come tow away the dead car at no charge. For the new car there were fees that he waved because he felt bad about the situation which wasn’t even his fault in the first place. We had a nice chat and he explained what to do with the dead car to get fully refunded for that vehicle since we only used it for a day. He got us all sorted out in just about an hour or so. Absolutely amazing service and shout out to Jared too who helped out in this situation. If you have a choice rent from the Southhampton/ East Halpton office not the airport one at Islip.
