(August 11, 2023, 1:18 pm)I had a terrific experience here! I needed a trailer hitch and harness installed quickly on my Mazda CX5, and all the dealerships were extremely backed up. The mechanic I typically go to was similarly unavailable, so I found Al & Harry's, and I'm really glad I did. First of all, they squeezed me in in just a few days. Second, the job turned out to be a lot trickier than expected, and they still got it done the same day. And third, they needed to cut part of the bumper to install the part, which I knew about in advance, but instead of just smoothing out where they made the cut, they actually added some custom made trim, so it looks like it came from the factory like that! I would be happy to bring my business here again.

(December 13, 2022, 1:00 pm)I walked in and kindly asked if there’s a bathroom that I can use and if I can park my car in their lot for a few hours and hang out, whomever I spoke to was very nice and said there’s a bathroom around the side and that because I asked he’s fine with me Parking in his lot I took out my wallet to leave some cash to show my appreciation. He refused to take the money. He said that’s totally fine. I really appreciate the kindness of this place. I got very kind and honest vibes
