(June 28, 2023, 9:26 pm)This week, for the first time, I had an appointment with Dr. Debra Reich. I was very impressed with the entire experience. The front desk was efficient and pleasant. They have a tablet type product that you enter your information on and the woman who checked me in thoroughly (and I mean thoroughly) cleaned it to ensure it was disinfected. The other thing I liked about the Yorktown office is that it has a very large waiting area and the seating is not close to the front desk so there was a lot of privacy (I say that because many doctor offices have small waiting areas and you can hear private information). It was well designed for privacy. Dr. Reich was approachable, not rushed and very thorough-very impressive. I highly recommend Dr. Reich and that office.

(June 23, 2023, 11:12 am)Had a fantastic experience getting septoplasty and turbinate reduction surgery with Dr Bergstein. I never could breathe through my nose well due to a deviated septum, but I'm 4 weeks in after the surgery and the difference is huge. The surgery went super well with minimal pain/issues. Dr Bergstein is very knowledgeable and attentive- could not recommend him enough. Also, I was blown away with how organized/helpful the coordinator Jeanine was throughout. Everything was so clear and efficient.

(June 12, 2023, 8:00 am)Excellent experience. They took me in for an emergency appointment. Diagnosis on the money💯 . Felt better after 3 days on medication combo. Thank Goodness. I had gone to my PCP twice in a 7 day period to no avail. Thank you ENT.

(June 7, 2023, 8:54 am)Excellent Dr. Debra Reich was didactic,informative and did a thorough examination of my sinuses.
However, the call center is substandard! I spent too much time repeating information to the woman who tended to me. It would be easier if I had spoken with Carmen directly, to confirm exact date and time of second appt. No direct access to Dr. Reich is not client friendly. We work and can’t spend inordinate time on the phone with substandard, petty, inexperienced people at the call center. 6/7/23 -

(June 2, 2023, 9:07 pm)We had such a wonderful experience at ENT Allergy and Associates. The location was easy to find, and I was able to book an appointment within a week's time. Debra S. Reich, MD, was great with my 4 year old son. Dr. Reich was patient, entertaining to calm my son, and informative. I believe my son was in great hands.
