Dr Kelly is amazing. He took his time to explain step by step what to expect days and weeks after surgery. I had a really bad deviated septum and couldn’t breathe through half of my nose. I’m very happy with the outcome and I can breathe through both nostrils now. I highly recommend Dr Kelly.

The office and doctors have been amazing. Expedited my care upon diagnosing me with tonsil cancer (malignant neoplasm of the tonsil). The care and treatment plan is ongoing and the time they have taken to ensure a prompt treatment have exceeded every expectation. Prompt, professional and thorough. Dr. Paul Kelly was kind, matter of fact and extremely efficient as well as responsive. The staff was patient and went above and beyond (and still are as my care continues). Thanks to all the doctors and staff there! They really care.

It is not often in this day and age that you feel genuinely welcome, with office staff who are also kind as well as very good at what they,do topped off by Dr Ryan, whose expertise was so apparent, AND cured my problem in one visit explaining in great detail the procedures he would perform, And, had already arranged an audiology exam, with feedback and a plan..
I couldn’t ask for more..

I saw an audiologist and Dr. Braat yesterday. The hearing exam was thorough and professional, and I was able to get a copy of my report. Dr. Braat was knowledgeable and professional, as usual, and prescribed a medication that has a comforting 90% rate of success for my condition after listening to my complaint. I took off one star because of the wait time. My appointment was at 3, and I wasn’t called in until almost 4, which is unusual for this practice.

Also, I’m not sure why, but I had to make a separate appointment to look at their hearing aids.
