  I worked with, Don, I believe his name was, yesterday (8-24-2023). I needed an inspection done on our new vehicle for our insurance company. Not only did I observe him dealing with two other customers and giving Amazing customer service, but he also spoke to me with respect about car topics. I am a woman and this doesn't often happen coming from men. He did his job beyond well. I am not sure if he was the business owner, but he truly gave incredible customer service that made him look like he believed in the business fully. He gave the type of customer service you don't see much anymore. I myself have been a business owner, I pride myself on my customer service. So for me to be moved by his ... to me, REALLY says something. It looked as though they have a few different services at this location, one of which is car wash facilities. We usually use a different car wash. However, I was so moved by Don, that we will be giving English Creek Car Wash a test as well. If it is as good, we will be switching to them from now on. Any of their other services we come to need, we will be calling them first. SOLELY because of how impressed I was with Don.
