  Great place to get work done, great customer service, and good folks. They have worked on my VW for about 3years and they not only do all the maintenance, they are tireless and knowledgeable in finding the gremlins that arise in German cars. I feel more secure about my car with them taking care of it. I find the prices are on par with other garages, but with a much better overall experience.

  I was recommended here by a friend and regular-customer of Englewood Cliffs Tire & Auto Repair. To say I am grateful for the recommendation is an understatement. Anyone that drives a car knows how difficult it can be to find a trustworthy and reliable mechanic to service and repair their car. This shop is a breath of fresh air.
  
  I needed new tires for my Volvo s90. I had intentions of ordering the tires that the car comes with from factory. The tires are expensive, about $260 a tire. I was willing to pay it because I know from experience not to skimp out on tires. I called and spoke to the owner, Chris, who recommended a different tire of higher quality that costs significantly less than the tire I had in mind. I am SO thankful for his professional interjection. The tires ride like a DREAM and my car feels like a completely different one.
  
  I arrived at the shop and was greeted by the co-owner, Sergio. I was late and still greeted with a warm welcoming smile. My car was almost immediately put on the lift and they got right to work. 45 minutes later I had all new tires, balanced, and ready to go without a hiccup and not a single upsell whatsoever. The price for the tire service was a little more than HALF of what the dealer quoted me at. I saved money in every stage of this process with this shop.
  
  I highly recommend Chris and Sergio at Englewood Cliffs Tire & Auto Repair. You will be hard pressed to find another shop that is as honest, courteous, fair, and competitively-priced as these guys. I have found my new go-to guys for all things auto. Do yourself (and your wallet) a favor and see what I am saying for yourself.

  Chris and Sergio are the example or perfect customer service and fast good work . I have been to these guys twice and before coming I always went to the shop down the street, who were too busy or were no help (what else would I get from a chain tire place) but these guy are outstanding!!!! The service is great. Last time I got a flat tire every other shop turned me down cause they were 30min to closing and these guys were the only ones who stayed and helped me out that evening. I highly recommend this place!

  These guys are great! I dealt with Chris and as others have mentioned he is super helpful and professional. He kept me apprised of everything that needed to be done with me car. When my tire was damaged beyond repair he found a replacement at a very reasonable price (even with the original being out of production), and had it ready for me as soon as possible. Without question I will continue to go to them for all of my car service for as long as I am in the area.

  The best general car service I've had in years.
  They offer pick-up/drop-off service, which is incredibly convenient for me as I work in the area. Both Chris & Sergio are really in tune with the customers needs & take the time to explain what has to be done or why. Prices are very affordable and comparable to other shops I've worked with who specialize in foreign autos. I've taken my car to the Mercedes dealership in the past, but their prices were astronomical & their work was careless.
  These guys do a better job, at a better price.
