(June 27, 2023, 10:15 am)I was very pleased with the service from Richard Giaretta last weekend. I have been a customer of that Subaru dealers for about two decades (From when it was Metric Subaru) and Richie in Service and Vinnie Rizzo in Sales have always worked hard and helped both me and my partner with any and all issues. During and immediately after the transition of the business, things got hectic, but we were always appreciative to see Richie when we went for service and I tracked down Vinnie for my new lease for at least 5 Subarus. Since the new facility is open, things have really changed for the better. it is clear that everyone is still working hard, but I felt that there was a much more relaxed and stress free environment for the customers which translated into a good working environment for all and sense of pride and accomplishment in everyone.

(February 7, 2023, 10:40 am)Brand new showroom and maintenance shop! Clean and organized. Service advisor Richard Ciarletta was professional and helpful in keeping me informed about my recall service and suggested tire rotation and oil change. Good job all around.
