  I called the Parts dept looking for front brake pads for my CRV. It seems front brake pads are pretty much out of stock at most dealers on Long Island. I called Huntington Honda and was told they were out of stock there too. A half hour after I called, a Parts team member called me back and said they just received some front brake pads and if I wanted he could hold them for me. He did, in fact, hold them for me and because of that I decided to get my car serviced at Huntington Honda rather than the dealer closer to my home. Every person I had contact with at both the Parts Dept and Service Dept was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I have absolutely no complaints. I may very well take my car here for service going forward despite this dealership being further away from where I live. I highly recommend this dealership!

  I called early in the afternoon looking to get an oil change for my Pilot. The service agent placed me on a short hold to check. To my surprise I was advised by her to come within a half hour, which I did. I was serviced right away by Andrew who took care of me. The only disappointment was the waiting area and I could not have coffee like back in the day. Really now, are we playing the Covid game of using that as an excuse to save money by not treating your clients? The wait to pay (one agent cashier) is a bit harsh having to stand for over ten minutes to be called to pay. Work harder on customer service Huntington Honda. Other than that, my service was done professionally.

  Super professional and outstanding customer service. We have leased multiple vehicles from Huntington Honda and the pricing is always fair and competitive. Highly recommended.

  AD Paid attention to what I needed / wanted. Was very quick to get the delivery of a 2023 Accord Touring Hybrid. The process was expedient and AD was very professional and helpful. Went to Huntington Honda based on reputation and quantity of autos available.
