(July 28, 2023, 5:12 pm)I've camped at Val's 3x already! Empire Campgrounds is a HIDDEN GEM. I went twice last summer and just camped there last weekend. Val & Rich (who works with Val out at Empire) are very welcoming. Val is so kind & accommodating. You should definitely sit & chat with him if you ever get the chance.
My friend and I are planning to return once a month while the weather's nice then try out Val's tents during the winter. I've also been telling all my friends to go. Don't wait, call Val & book! :) -

We are ALWAYS generously accommodated and warmly greeted by Valiant. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable and scenic getaway from the city.

(July 27, 2022, 12:51 pm)We've camped at many places over the years, and this location provided a great experience! Much better than dealing with a state campground. Close to Bethel Woods with a very accommodating owner who made sure everyone had a great stay.

(July 26, 2022, 7:50 pm)Great camp site, Val is a super host. Very friendly, accommodating and reasonable. Empire campgrounds is the perfect spot to stay for Bethel Woods concerts. We would gladly stay there again
