  I had a wonderful experience with Ember Fireplaces from my initial sales phase to installation. The flame and heat output is perfect. My contractor and I had several questions regarding installation and Marta was very helpful. I love our fireplace!

  We just had our fireplace converted to gas yesterday by Ember Fireplaces. From the first consult to the installation and the quality of the finished product this company is outstanding. They are personable, professional and take great pride in their work. If you looking for a five star company, you will have it with Ember Fireplaces.

  We had an extraordinary experience at Ember Fireplaces.
  We are shopping for a fireplace to be installed in a vacation home outside Ember's service area. Since Ember Fireplaces is convenient to our primary residence, we went there to do research.
  We made it clear on two visits we were on a fact finding mission for a job out of their territory. A different sales associate took the time to educate us on each visit. We left the second visit with printed copies of the specs for the units we are considering, plus the the names of two authorized dealers in the area of our vacation home we can order the units through.
  After thanking them for spending time with us for a job outside their territory, the gracious response was that they were paying it forward.
  Thanks again for being so helpful and guiding us along.

  We visited Ember Fireplaces to look at Kozy Heat fireplaces and received excellent help and advice from Keith who showed us the different models and took us through various options, installation and the use of a gas fireplace.
  
  Because of the good showroom experience, we decided to take a credit from our general contractor and buy the fireplace and installation from Ember instead. During installation, there was an issue arising from a misunderstanding between our electrician and the fireplace installers. Ember promptly sent the installers to take care of it and did not charge us anything for the additional trips they had to make. We've dealt with several businesses and contractors during our renovation project but few have taken ownership of unexpected situations like Keith and Marta did.
  
  Our Kozy Heat is great and runs without problems; but I'm happy to know that I can count on the customer support to be there if I need it. I would highly recommend Ember Fireplaces.

  We turned our new fireplace on for the first time Thanksgiving evening. The warmth and glow made it all worthwhile, exceeding our expectations. Keith and Marta are true professionals and did an outstanding job in helping us choose our unit and plan for the installation. . The installation crew was courteous and very professional. If you are looking to install a fireplace, you owe it to yourself to visit Ember Fireplace..
