  I recently placed an order with Beach Camera (BuyDig) and the experience was fantastic. The shipping speed was better than expected. I did have a slight issue where the variant of the product I bought was slightly different than what was described on the website. The customer service team (specifically, Angela Z.) replied to my concern and very quickly resolved the issue (within 24 hrs!). Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and will definitely consider this merchant again in the future.

  My order arrived quickly and with great care. The product was great was just missing some features I thought it had came with which was my mistake. When the issue occurred Angela from customer service was quick and effective with a solution. Hands down the best customer service team i’ve had the pleasure of talking too. I will for sure end up being a returning customer. Thank you Beach Camera and your fantastic Team!

  Beach Camera has an excellent after sale customer service. I had recently bought a monitor from Beach Camera which was damaged in-transit. The customer service and experience has been excellent from the first contact till the issue was resolved. Christian J from Beach Camera Customer Experience team was very prompt and professional in responding to my messages and making sure that issue is resolved to my satisfaction. This has been one of my best customer service experience.
  I will definitely rate Beach Camera highly for their customer service and experience.

  Beach Camera is a well established vendor, selling professional photography gear and electronics.
  
  This location also serves as a pickup spot for Amazon orders.
  
  When I arrived to pick up my Amazon order, the gate was open, but the door locked. Calling the number listed on Amazon, they answered and got my order. Everything was as expected.
  
  Their prices are competitive with other big stores in NY. This is a convenient pickup location for me, allowing for quick turnarounds.
