I finally decided I needed to get myself in shape and signed up for gym membership, that membership came with free training session. I walked in and met Lo, and was instantly at ease. Lo and I discussed my goals and where I wanted to be. Over the months, he became the best mentor and friend, eventually opened his own practice. I still come to Lo and his partner Penny, once a week to meet my fitness goals! When I start slacking they are always there to make sure I don’t “cheat” and keep me in line. I am 100x better than where I used to be and I could not be more thankful for Em3, Lo, and Penny!

(August 5, 2021, 3:46 pm)Great guy and always up beat! Keeps you on task and doesn’t make you feel like you’re a burden. He legitimately wants to see you reach your personal goals and will motivate you accordingly. Always designs workouts around your comfort and capabilities.

(March 4, 2021, 10:42 pm)Lo is an athlete and a very knowledgeable one at that. He's passionate about fitness and has a huge heart for the success of his clients. I never received less than 100% from him across the board. When I wasn't motivated he encouraged me, when I had success he pushed me to continue & do better. Although his focus is intense we always tried new things. EM3 is real people training in a real world 🌎

(March 1, 2021, 8:33 pm)Lo is an awesome trainer! He helped me improve my overall health and we were able to continue our workouts virtually during the height of the Covid pandemic. Also, when I found out that I was pregnant, he modified our workouts to ensure that it was safe for me to continue. With his help, I was able to work out until I was 38 weeks pregnant. He helped me make healthier habits and made working out fun. All work is easy work!

(March 1, 2021, 11:48 am)Since I have been working with Lo, my strength has increased! I can carry a case of water (35 16.9 oz bottles) up a set of stairs, put in and remove window air conditioner units by myself, and carry two tires without touching the ground. It took me 15 minutes to clear 3 feet of snow from my front door walkway. I was not tired after the tasks. I feel stronger and I have more energy. Lo will challenge you to be the best version of yourself that you can be!
