  I loved my time with Danielle. She helped me rehab my shoulder with a great variety of exercises and individualized care. She is extremely knowledgeable and such a pleasant and wonderful person to be around. I'm now back at 100% and would highly recommend her!

  Few people have the opportunity to work with a Physical Therapist like Danielle at Elevate PTR. Danielle has vast knowledge of exercise science, along with her professionalism, and commitment to helping her clients reach their goals.
  
  Danielle took me on as a new client towards the end of last year. I sustained an injury in August causing me significant pain in my sitting bone radiating down the inside of my leg - resulting in the halt of my physical activities until my pain became more manageable. Although my pain is not completely gone, Danielle has taught me how to make the mind muscle connection to activate my weak glute muscle and to work at my current pain level but to stop if pain increases. With a blend of table exercises along with the re-introduction of some of the exercises that I once did, keeping injury prevention in mind, I’ve been empowered to take on these exercises with more confidence, as I approach them within the limitations that my body allows.
  
  Danielle has the experience, knowledge and competencies to get her clients to their next normal. I highly recommend Elevate PTR for physical therapy.

  Danielle is very knowledgeable and has helped me to get relief from left shoulder soreness and pain. She is very patient, always has a smile and is willing to go out of her way in order to make sure that the PT session has been a success. She is also open to different ideas and suggestions and takes into consideration each individual's needs.

  Danielle has been fantastic!
  
  I had been dealing with an issue with my hip for several years and finally decided to seek help to address it. She has been very professional, knowledgable, and insanely helpful.
  
  I was cautious about online Physical Therapy at first, but those thoughts went away during our fist session together. The format is perfect and Danielle makes the sessions enjoyable and challenging. Over the past few weeks, I have noticed improvements in flexibility and range of motion and it was all because of her guidance. I always look forward to our sessions and would recommend her to anyone.

  I started physical therapy with Danielle a little more than a year ago for sciatica. I was very comfortable working with Danielle and felt I made progress with her help. I appreciate her knowledge, sincerity, friendliness. My questions are always addressed with respect and great knowledge.
  During the time I spent seeing Danielle, other physical issues had come up, and she worked with me to continue my progress to be pain free.
  Now, because of the virus, we are working virtually. I would rather visit in person, however, I am still making progress, and I feel I am getting excellent support.
