  I've been attending CrossFit Barbending for the past four months, and I'm happy with the progress I've made during that time. The coaches Webb, Nic, Jim and are great. They take the time to explain each movement with precision, ensuring that everyone understands the proper form and technique. Whether you're an experienced athlete or a beginner, the coaches provide guidance and encouragement every step of the way.
  The sense of community at Crossfit Barbending is truly special. Members are incredibly supportive of one another, creating a camaraderie that makes each workout enjoyable.
  Each day brings a new workout of the day (WOD), keeping things fresh and exciting.
  The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a wide range of equipment, including barbells, kettlebells, rowing machines, and more. The space is thoughtfully laid out, allowing for efficient and safe workouts.
  I highly recommend Cross Fit Barbending. Nothing but 5 stars!

  CFBB principles and values certainly shine through. All the coaches are approachable with a desire to push you. CFBB does a great job at trying to keep athletes safe.

  I've been a member at CrossFit Barbending for 2 years now and absolutely love it! The coaches are excellent, the workouts are challenging and varied and everyone is super supportive and encouraging. I continue to grow and learn every day. The nutrition program also helped me lose 20 lbs. and keep it off! A big thank you to Jim and Nic!

  I love Crossfit Barbending. I have been going there for over 8 years. There are other Crossfit locations near my home but I prefer to go to Crossfit Barbending. The earliest class is at 5:15 AM, which was the main reason I chose Crossfit Barbending. I haven't seen any place where everyone is so nice, including owners Jim and Nic, all coaches and the athletes. Crossfit Barbending has a nice mixture of professional and family atmosphere. I am so happy for being a member and I strongly recommend it to everyone.

  CrossFit Barbending is a fantastic environment for people at any fitness level. Classes are structured with coaches that emphasize form and quality of movement. Modifying movements is always an option too.
  The gym is super clean and equipment is maintained.
  I highly recommend checking out CrossFit Barbending!
