  They are renting quality instruments, easy administrative process. I found very friendly staff. Many of my friends shared their experience that music classes are very good. Overall I have very good experience and would like to be connected with the team.

  I just cannot say enough good words about people working at this store!
  They did their best, being super-helpful and responsive in a critical situation I had last week. It was an emergency, as my kid had an important audition coming, we didn't have time for amazon or online stores, and everything local was shutdown. After wasting a whole Friday calling multiple stores, in the evening, out of despair, I placed an order at the Elefante Music website, describing our circumstances in the comments section. Saturday morning I got an email, saying they are going to check inventory, when they open on Monday. I didn't have much choice anyway... But then I got a call from them. A nice lady said that someone was going to stop by at the store that day and would check the inventory, and she could drop off my order the very same day if they had the stuff I needed. And she did it! So by 7:30 pm, which is about 26 hours after I placed my order at the Elefante Music website I had everything delivered! She also helped me to pick some additional stuff I needed (she even consulted with some of their music teachers) and added it to my order. I'm beyond impressed! Thank you guys! You did fantastic job!

  I needed to rent an instrument for my daughter for school and due to my negligence I needed a rush order. The staff there is outstanding (Kudos to Jim and Carolyn). They were able to fulfill my request without a problem in an expedited fashion. I was really happy but then I realized I ordered the WRONG instrument. Another Bad on my part, I called back and had to re expedite something already expedited. Not a problem at all, they swapped out the wrong instrument for the correct one. Thanks once again to all who helped (a second time). Instead of looking like a goat I was able to save face and get my daughter her instrument on time for her first lesson at school. (oh and I might add that their pricing was LOWER than other places!!!!)
