  Making a purchase at colonial was a great experience. I cannot speak highly enough about the two men who delivered all of our appliances. They were the most professional and respectful delivery men we ever had . If you’re in search of new appliances look no further go to colonial you won’t regret it 😊

  I had a great experience working with Colonial Appliances. The salesman was very experienced, helpful and not pushy. They made the process seamless. The installer they use was excellent. He too was very experienced and cleaned up everything before he left. I will be going back to this store in the future.

  Special thanks to Tom and Carl at Colonial Appliance for all their help navigating through a difficult refrigerator install. Issues throughout and post delivery (not related to anything Colonial did or failed to do!) were always met with a smile and their best efforts to resolve. Never once did they walk away from the situation, resulting in a very satisfied customer.
  
  They even cautioned us when we selected a replacement brand which they don't generally carry or support, advising us that it might not fit in the space we have, but it all worked out in the end.
  
  Would I buy another appliance from them again? Absolutely! Great experience from end to end.

  I buy all of my appliances from Colonial. It’s like dealing with an old school local business where you get good advice and terrific service, but you also get great pricing like you would expect from a big box store. Delivery was fast, and the installer did a great job doing prep work before installing my new dishwasher. Highly recommended.
