  I stopped in town after a long drive and found Eggs & Co. quietly nested in the shopping center. The dining room is large and bright, the bathroom was very clean.
  The owners were so welcoming and gracious - and served me up the biggest and the most delicious eggplant parm hero I’ve ever had. The seeded roll was the perfect balance of crispy and pillowy, sauce was aromatic, topped with the stretchy salty fresh mozzarella. It could have easily been three meals but I wolfed down a half and took the rest to go.
  Looking forward to coming back.

  Okay, easy review. Best salad of 2023 for me! Chicken salad (made fresh daily) over lettuce, pepper's, kalamata olives, cucumbers, red onions, tomatoes.. all fresh. I split this and had half for lunch and half for dinner. So good. I can't wait to be back.
  
  I come here regularly because it is so clean, fresh and delicious. Make sure you visit if ever in the Newtown area.

  Expansive menu, order at the counter and your meal will be brought to your table. Everything that we ordered (and there were seven of us) was delicious. We were there at 11:00 on a Sunday morning and so the place was pretty crowded. One person took orders at the counter, delivered food to your table and bussed tables. Another person cooked. Just two people to handle the crowd. However he was quite pleasant and personable. As you might expect, under the circumstances, it took a good deal of time before your order arrived. We did have to be anywhere so that was ok. So while I strongly recommend Eggs & Co, just make sure you have plenty of time.

  Incredible food and customer service. Been here for 8 years and counting and always bringing something new to the table. Great food, coffee, and bevs!

  Come here for the food and not for the owner. If you can ignore the very rude and racist things he says (he's been working with the public for too long and is bitter) then the food is amazing and worth the price.
  
  There is a huge menu where everything is made with fresh ingredients and love. They have over 15 flavors of coffee they will brew for you, tons of tea and the best French toast sticks, egg sandwiches and BLT's in the area.
  
  Come eat here for amazing food, the son is awesome and personable, just ignore his dad.
