  She was wonderful, she made sure to check in throughout the session. Prior to she talked with me about my pain in body and explained why she would cup and scrap certain places. It was an excellent experience and I will come back again! :)

  I searched for years, for help, visited many so-called medical massage therapists -- and there is no one like Paul Rice. He employs a variety of techniques, and is always busy learning more. And he LISTENS. If you're having a problem, he will set out to find out why, and try to fix it. Even if others have told you it "makes no sense" or there's "nothing wrong" or there is no help to be had for your problem, if you are in pain, he has a knack for figuring out treatment-resistant and other perplexing problems. Meeting Paul is one of the best things that's ever happened to me -- He is a gift. Perhaps you deserve a gift?
  I don't have as much experience with Crystal, but after just a few sessions I am impressed. She is intuitive and talented, and her energy is safe and kind. (So is Paul's! Especially for a guy. No offense to guys!) Crystal's Thai massage has helped me in ways that Paul is jealous of :) The Gua Sha has also been effective. Their techniques really seem to complement each other very well. I had never experienced such a movement-focused massage therapy, and I wasn't sure if I could even handle it -- but it turns out that it was just what I needed.
  Honestly, these two make me want to learn massage. If someday I could be well enough to help others the way they do, perhaps I might feel worthy. If I ever AM well enough, it will be due in large part to these two amazing practitioners -- HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

  I highly recommend Crystal as a person of great honesty and a caring human being. She's always been a good friend to me and has supported me in whatever I've done. I am so blessed to have her as a friend. I'm sure she is probably a good massage therapist but I've never received one from her. Maybe someday though. :)

  Paul is a godsend. I rarely get massages but he made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. His knowledge of the human body is impressive. Can’t wait to see him again.

  Crystal is great at what she does! She is extremely professional and polite. Being a client of Crystal has been very rewarding. Incorporating regular Thai sessions has been very beneficial to me especially since I work in a very stressful environment.
