  The staff here shows good customer service always upon arrival. They are very courteous, respectful, compassionate and knowledgeable about their work while being on their job. Honestly I would highly recommend this facility to cater to your family needs any day💐🙏👍

  Awesome place and great company to work for. They truly care about you as an employee. The staff is the best! Nora (Admission Director), Chaim (the Administrator), Monika (ADNS), Tasha (HR Director) and do many more others! You are great team and all together you provided great care to the residents. I would recommend this company and specifically this building to anyone!

  Recently my aunt fell and needed hip surgery. Autumn lake was recommended as a great short term rehab facility. The facility was clean and looked to be newly renovated. The staff was amazing and very attentive. The staff was empathetic and had been working there for several years! So it ran like a well oiled machine. The therapy department was fabulous. My aunt was up walking just days after surgery. She is now back to riding her bike. I would Definitely recommend this facility for rehab!!

  I looked at a lot of facilities for my mother and when I toured the facility I knew I found the place. The private rooms have their own bathroom and all staff greeted me with a smile. I was sold when they told me my mom would get therapy 6 days a week! Thanks for taking great care of my mom!

  This nursing home is truly exceptional! I frequently bring my students here for clinical sessions, and it is by far the most compassionate nursing home I have ever visited. I have experienced various settings, including hospitals, other nursing homes, and clinics, but none compared to this one.
  The director of nursing, assistant director Monika, infection control RN Lisa, and other staff members whose names I can't recall are incredibly kind and genuinely care for both the patients and their colleagues. They consistently give their all in every aspect of their work. The wound care doctor, providers, and supervisors are all so gracious to my students, and it's evident how well they treat their patients.
  The facility is immaculately clean, and each patient receives personalized, one-on-one attention. It's always a pleasure to teach here, and I truly appreciate the opportunity for my students to develop essential skills within this outstanding environment. Thank you so much for welcoming us into your facility!
