(May 19, 2023, 11:17 am)I had trouble going back here after having to put down my late dog back in 2020 but to this day I miss the expert professionalism and empathy I was shown every time I walked through those doors by Dr. Park and his incredible staff. Best vet in Central Connecticut, hands down.

(August 10, 2022, 9:28 am)Can't say enough good about all the staff and especially the tech (Julie) who asked all the right questions and showed nothing but respect and patience for my requests and did exactly what I asked. The last thing I wanted was to have my gorgeous Raggamuffin cat shaved but it became necessary for her health and well being. I couldn't be happier with the results. Or the way both Sadie and I were treated. I started using them 3 years ago when I first rescued Sadie and even though I now live in another town further away, it is worth the drive.

Even with her passing, the professionalism and gentle respect in which they provied will never be forgotten. My 2 siberian huskys Athena and Gaia will soon become clients . Highly recommended for all your fur babies.

As a first time pet owner and with a brand new rescue puppy, I had a lot of questions and concerns. East Side answered every concerned phone call, answered every question during the visit, and made Lila feel like royalty walking through the door. I trust them with Lila and I'd 100% recommend anyone to take their pet to East Side Veterinary Clinic.

(November 7, 2017, 4:18 pm)The front desk staff are always welcoming and friendly both to me and my dog. You may occasionally have to wait a couple of minutes to check in, but that is usually because they are tending to the person in front of you (or on the phone). Everyone's pet is special and they never rush anyone who wants to tell a story about their pet. I have seen three vets at the practice, and they are all kind and caring. They are also on board with the fact that my dog is old and my husband and I will not put him through drastic measures to extend his life that are not in the best interests of his comfort and wagging tail.
