(September 29, 2022, 2:19 pm)In February 2021 we contracted with East End Spa & Sauna (Bud) for the construction and install of a sauna room. This was a difficult period for procuring construction materials and equipment. I am in the wholesale plumbing supply industry and very much aware of the shortages and lead times. East End Spa continually communicated with me as to the material and equipment lead times. While waiting out these lead times, construction and framing of the area commenced so as to be prepared for install.
When the sauna wood and heaters arrived, install was timely and
professionally detailed, including hand cut woods. Bud supervised all aspects and was on site for start up. Prompt call backs and quick response for minor adjustments. We continue to relax in our sauna on a daily basis.
