(July 11, 2023, 12:35 pm)Just left the bagel store which I frequent maybe once a week since opening. Waited 10 minutes for a buttered bagel, which I requested toasted with light butter, bagel is drenched in butter, soaked through the wax paper and paper bag onto my seat. The fact of the matter is why does it take 4 employees to make each order that they take? Four employees standing around, making each individual sandwich while customers stand around waiting. Why not have a cook that does all the cooking, this way people that just want bagel can be in and out in less then 5 minutes, instead of 10 minutes. Half my bagel is going in the garbage, soaked in butter. I understand it was toasted, use less butter. Very disappointed. I would have preferred to speak directly with owner, Chris, but he was not present. Next time I am there and he is there I will speak directly to him.

(July 8, 2023, 12:57 pm)Amazing bagel options. The onion bagel with jalapeno cream cheese we got was delicious. Perfect spot for breakfast. It gets crowded on weekends but worth the wait.

(May 15, 2023, 12:33 pm)This bagel shop is by far one of the best bagels shops around riverhead. I go there almost every weekend to purchase breakfast for my family. Their bagels are so soft compared to other places where they r sometimes hard as a rock; and this place the bagels are so soft that I am able to eat it the next morning too. And not only their bagels are the best but their omelette are outstanding. I definitely recommend going to this bagel shop, and I tell all my friends and family to go there as well.

(February 17, 2023, 8:25 am)My favorite breakfast treat for a special occasion is their toasted French toast bagel with strawberry cream cheese. It’s chewy and tender, and lightly glazed with tiny crystals. The best around.
I’ll order mine with extra cream cheese and disassemble it, savoring it quarter by quarter. Today it cost approximately $5.25 which could be considered steep for a bagel breakfast, but it was well worth it, as a special treat.
For the winter months, hot cocoa cream cheese, and take that over the top!
