East End Hospice took exceptional care of my grandfather. Everyone was extremely honest, knowledgeable, compassionate and took a genuine interest in getting to know him on such a personal level. I can honestly say that he looked forward to seeing his nurses and social workers on a weekly basis. He was on program for quite some time, but his final days were truly special. The kindness these professionals exhibited was unmeasurable. They had such a way of explaining his decline to us in a way we could understand. They not only prepared us for his death, but also supported us all. They informed us of when to gather family members during his final days. His death was a beautiful experience. He was surrounded by 17 loved ones. My family and I are forever grateful for the care he received.
When we are faced with caring for a parent it is overwhelming and scary. East End Hospice removed all my fears when they came in to help me care for my dying mother.. The support , understanding, medical treatment and love we received was beyond measure..
The care and support that we received from East End Hospice was the best! Everyone from the secretaries to the nursing staff and even the equipment delivery staff were amazing. They were so supportive and thorough through such a tough and trying time. We truly appreciate all the services and compassion they provided.
Amazing people work here. They made a very difficult and sad period of time easier for my whole family while my great grandma was in her last weeks of her life.
