Extraordinary food, extraordinary team - I can't speak highly enough about Early Bird Cookery, which I've used for catering for big and small gatherings. Amy Miller is a master chef. As much as I can, I buy meal bundles to get me through the week. Her food is utterly healing and delicious. It just makes me feel better about life itself.

We hired EBC to cater our wedding at Handsome Hollow, and wow!!! What a fantastic choice that was. We did our tasting during Covid, and they gave us the most beautifully packaged tasting box. We offers several comments, and come the wedding day, they had implemented all of our edits and then some! They were so accommodating when we asked for things not on their typical menu. We ended up doing plated appetizers (fried green tomato on cheddar biscuits, beef bulgogi buns, bbq pulled pork sliders, and risotto balls), tomato bisque soup with grilled cheese croutons, a fresh salad with candied pecans, strawberries, gorgonzola cheese, dried cherries, and a delicious vinaigrette, and then our entrees were brisket, fried chicken, crispy tofu, and mac & cheese for the kids! Everyone raved about our food saying that unlike typical weddings, our food was actually delicious and everyone wanted more! The presentation was also beautiful. Five stars!!!

We had the most amazing experience this past weekend catering from Early Bird Cookery! Amy was wonderful from start to finish. We were celebrating my husband's birthday up at our cabin with a group of friends and the thought of cooking for everyone for 3 days was completely overwhelming, when I just wanted to enjoy their company and chill. Enter Early Bird! They provided the most delicious and fresh food for us. From breakfast to lunch picnics to dinner trays, with a peach cake for the finale, you can truly tell the pride that they take in their ingredients, the way everything is packaged and labeled and to the little touches, like a bud jar with fresh flowers. I highly recommend Early Bird and will definitely be ordering in the future! Thank you Amy

Early bird is healthy and delicious meals straight from Catskill farms to our plates. We have been enjoying this delicious and nutritious weekly deliveries for 2 years! I highly recommend Early bird cookery as the best fresh prepared food delivery for nyc people.

Amy and Dana are absolutely exceptional chefs. I’ve been working with them for private dinners for couples eloping in the Catskills as well as utilizing their meal drop off service. The food is absolutely delicious and they are the utmost professionals
