  As we reflect on yesterday, we are filled with appreciation for the professionalism of your company. You contacted us right away, set up an appointment, followed up, and called on the move day. You were a few minutes early to the job, explained what you were going to do, were friendly and helpful throughout the day, and worked quickly. There were no hidden costs - the entire move was drama-free. Friends and colleagues asked how the move was, and I said easy and pleasant. One responded, "Those two words don't usually go together in one sentence when it comes to moving." For us, they did. So we wanted to take time out to say thank you and to let you know we will happily be recommending Dyno Moving to others.

  Our experience with Dyno was fantastic from start to finish. Booking the move was easy and simple. Ivan and his crew were speedy but gentle with our stuff, and made a very tricky move into our new place on a narrow street extremely smooth. And, it was an incredible value $-wise for the whole move. Highly, highly recommend.

  I hired this company to do my move a bit last-minute. They were absolutely fantastic! They were very responsive to my emails and arrived ahead of schedule. The three guys who did all the heavy lifting were super professional and incredibly efficient and fast get everything done. This company also had a very good rate considering how expensive movers in NYC are! 10/10. Highly recommended.

  These guys were amazing. They start you off with a flat rate for 2 hours, and if you go over that they will start charging by 30 minutes. They worked so hard and efficiently to keep it all under 2 hours! And they did! My entire move was so fast, and nothing was broken. I would use and highly recommend Dyno Moving. Thank you guys!

  The short of it: Dyno Moving was quick, good price, good value, and movers were nice, but be very direct and follow up if you have a piece that you are worried about and want extra care.
  
  The long of it: We hired Dyno to do our move from a storage unit to an apartment close by. They were quick in communication and had a good price for the move. They called us before arriving and worked very quickly. They got all our stuff in one go and when we got to the apartment, were really communicative on where to put things. We had one challenging piece of furniture--an 8ft long x 4ft deep sofa--that they had to finesse into the stairwell and into the apartment and they did a great job. We had purchased some very expensive furniture (Lexington/Tommy Bahama) that we expressed to them we would like extra care when handling. The only issue we had was that I had specifically asked them to wrap two very expensive chairs with a solid maple frame and I even offered them blankets and they told me they would, but they didn't wrap them. By the time it got to the apartment, the arms were badly superficially scratched and gouged. There was also superficial damage of our solid wood table and chairs. Nothing was structurally damaged, but the superficial damage will have to be addressed by a professional. When I brought it up with them they took responsibility, sincerely apologize and gave us the last 20 min they were there off. Overall, they are good movers and offer a good value. We would most likely hire them again, but I would ask management to improve the process and protocols around wrapping pieces of furniture, ideally in front of the client, because the only pieces that were wrapped coming into the apartment were ones that I had previously wrapped myself prior to storage.
