(August 7, 2023, 3:49 pm)Michael was great! I've been fortunate to lose a significant amount of weight (although still big and tall), and was unsure of my current sizing. Michael hearing me mention the size I thought I was took one look and quickly identified I was a different size all together. He confirmed it by measuring, then proceeded to discuss what clothes I was looking for (intended purpose), what my general style preferences are, and quickly pulled out options for me. I was a bit in between 2 sizes for the slacks so he made sure to pull one of each size so I could try both and determine my comfort level. Turned what has historically been a dreaded trip to a clothing store into an enjoyable experience and I will be back again for sure!

(June 21, 2023, 6:59 am)My man Mike NEVER fails us. Service is great. Selection is phenomenal. I want to give the DXL Corp a 3 star NOT this store. Most prices are inflated just b/c its a specialty big man store. So unfair. I know, I know, taked more material to make it....blah blah blah... still, most of these prices are just dumb high.

(May 24, 2023, 3:09 pm)Michael is amazing! I’ve had multiple Top-Tier shopping experiences with him. He has the right balance of “letting you shop alone” and “being there for questions and advice to assist.” He’s not on top of you but he’s there when you need him. The store is always beautiful, well kept, organized. I was there for a last minute shopping spree for a cruise and they had nearly everything I needed. If I had more time I could’ve ordered more items to be delivered but I didn’t have that luxury. It’s awesome that this store exists to meet the needs of Big & Tall people. My only issue is that DXL does seem to price gauge a bit. I’d understand if prices were 15-20% higher than other stores, because of the extra material used, but many times I’m paying nearly double what a “normal” person would. If DXL would give us somewhat of a break on the pricing, I’d be shopping way more often. Currently just twice a year.
