We saved a lot of dollars by going with a refurbished unit, and it works great!
The shipping was fast and well packaged.
The free cleaner and pouches was an added bonus for sure.
They also accepted our ancient broken autoclave as a trade in for a discount of the sales price of the refurbished unit we went with. Awesome!

(November 23, 2016, 5:01 pm)Dropped off my Statim 2000 for servicing and it runs as if it was brand new now. Super quiet again. Pricing was very reasonable and they used all OEM parts. Very happy with their work. Would recommend to everyone.
