Dr. Jallad is an amazing dentist and person as are his team, Irena and Nancy.
I was scrambling to find a dentist to see my mother, as it was an emergency and she needed to see someone quickly. I spoke to Irena and after explaining the need for an appointment sooner than later, she scheduled us for the following day. After examining my mother and seeing that she needed a procedure to fix something that was negatively affecting her, Dr. Jallad explained the need for the procedure, the process and healing time. He was very patient, sympathetic (it was a difficult procedure for my mom to come to terms with), understanding and caring. He answered every question, several times, explained the procedure several times and did not pressure us into making any decisions; nor did he use any fear tactic or talk down to my mother, which was what she experienced with her previous dentist. Dr. Jallad and Nancy were kind, caring and it felt like they truly cared about my mother's well being.
Needless to say, my mother's procedure was completed without any issues and she is healing well.
Finding a good dentist that checks all the boxes, especially when it comes to elderly folks, is not easy so I am glad I came across Dr. Jallad and had the pleasure of working with him.
We are definitely going to be back.

Dr. Jallad has been our family dentist for decades. He is excellent. He and his office staff are professional and personable. We feel fortunate to know him as our dentist and our friend.
Dr Marwan is one of the few dentists out there that genuinely care about their patients and Nancy is such an amazing person to deal with.
If you live in Rockland or even around and u need a dentist, this is the place to go.
Dr. Jallad is so kind. He did a great job treating me when I was in pain, offering me a thorough exam, great advice, and follow up care. During COVID, all of the right precautions were taken and he made me feel very comfortable and safe. I have already recommended some family to see him as well, and they had great experiences.
My entire family has been treated by Dr Jallad for the past 20 years. My kids were nervous at first, but they have grown comfortably with Dr. Jallad and appreciate his gentleness and patience. Now they make their own appointments freely. For us adults, we were thrilled to know that this dentist could also do Root Canal treatments as well as crowns and implants. He even did some needed extractions that was I was grateful for. I really didn't want to go to an Oral Surgeon if I didn't have to. We all highly recommend Dr Jallad.
